Mandorum AI LLC operates this site and a small number of internal software applications. This policy says what we collect, why, and what we never do with it. Effective 19 August 2026.
What this site collects
- Votes on the slate
- A random identifier stored in your own browser so one browser counts once. It is not linked to a name, an account, or an email address.
- Email, if you subscribe
- Only the address you type, and only to tell you when something ships. There is no newsletter platform behind it and the list is not shared or sold.
- Feedback, if you send it
- Your message, the project it concerns, and a contact detail if (and only if) you choose to give one.
There is no advertising network on this site, no third-party analytics or tracking pixels, and no profile built about you.
The SMS program
Our toll-free number is used for internal business messaging only, to and from our own authorized personnel. For that program we hold the mobile number, the consent record (the disclosure agreed to and when), and the message content exchanged. Details of consent and the keyword responses are in the SMS messaging policy.
Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers are never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and are not sold or rented to anyone.
Service providers we rely on
Running these services means some data passes through providers acting on our behalf: our hosting and database provider, our SMS provider for delivering and receiving texts, our email provider for transactional mail, and, for the assistant application specifically, third-party AI model providers that process message content in order to generate a reply. They handle it to provide their service to us, not for their own marketing.
How long we keep things
Subscriber addresses until you ask to be removed. Feedback until it has been acted on. Consent records are retained even after consent is withdrawn, because being able to show who consented, to what wording, and when is the point of keeping them. Ask us and we will delete what we are not required to keep.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any message to end texts. Email info@mandorum.com to be removed from the subscriber list, to ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it.
Children
These services are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update this page and its effective date.
