Who this number messages
Mandorum AI LLC's software applications send messages to, and receive messages from, the company's authorized personnel on mobile numbers those individuals have provided for this purpose. At the time of writing that is a single recipient: the owner of the business.
This number does not message customers, prospects, subscribers, or any purchased, rented, or third-party list. No marketing, promotional, or advertising content is sent from it. There is no public sign-up: members of the public cannot subscribe to messages from this number, and each application is configured so that it can send only to the specific authorized numbers recorded in its server-side configuration.
How consent is given and recorded
An authorized individual opts in inside the application: a settings form asks for his or her own mobile number and requires an explicit, un-ticked agreement to this disclosure:

Submitting that form records the consent: the number, the exact disclosure agreed to, and the date and time. That record is what authorizes messaging. Until it exists, the applications send nothing. It is also the sole authority for inbound messages: texts from any other number are discarded without a reply.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP to any message, or with one button on the same settings form. Withdrawal is enforced by the applications themselves, not only by the carrier: every outgoing message path checks the record, so messages stop until the recipient opts in again. Revoked records are retained rather than deleted, so who consented, to what wording, and when remains auditable.

Message frequency
Variable and low volume. Messages are sent only when a recipient has scheduled a reminder or has texted the number. There is no recurring broadcast or campaign.
